Please be at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before schedule. Please move early if you are not sure about our location. If you have to reschedule your date and time, please update your booking status a night before.

If you need to rent snorkeling gear for Island Hopping, please ask our boatman once you board the boat. But for the mangrove tour, you have to bring it by yourself. We don't rent nor provide.

The duration is three hours but may take up to almost four hours.

Once you placed your booking, you will receive an email about the location and the crew who will attend to you on you arrival. So far no one is fail to reach us based on the google maps and some recognition photos sent to them. And you too will not get lost.

Strictly NO refund! Except the reason created by mother nature like stronger wind, hurricane, heavy rain or maybe tsunami. Other than that please NEVER ask for refund.
